Your SM will still be your highest point of contact. Next will be your HR/Ops (if you have one). The 3rd highest will likely be the Leader of your Sephora. 2.) If you currently are a Beauty Advisor at Kohl's getting Sephora, you are not grandfathered in. You must apply to work there. All Kohl's cares about is credits.
