There is a maestro talent called “crystal countdown”. Every crystal mob you kill it reduces the total experience required of a random skill by 2% up to a cap. This excel sheet will tell you what that experience cap will be based on the skill level you want to level and the level of the talent. This is useful for end game maestro players I've fought a lot of crystal carrot since starting the game. Sometimes they do no damage to me and I can hit them 100% of the time, and sometimes they deal a bunch of damage to me with me missing everything.
